Classworx, Inc., a Colorado corporation, is owned by Chill N Out Cryotherapy, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets:CHNO) a Delaware corporation, doing business as ClassWorx.com. Classworx is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Classworx provides instructors, performers, professionals, and others the ability to join Classworx by creating their profile. In each profile, instructors, performers and professionals set up their profile, upload their schedule, and promote their classes or events to reach attendees and earn money.
Classworx came to life as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic affecting the United States and most other countries in the world since early 2020. Classworx utilizes previously existing video conferencing technologies, such as those provided by ZOOM Technologies, which has grown exponentially for people of all ages and in most locales with internet access throughout the world.
Classworx uses Zoom as its provider to connect instructors, both independent and those affiliated within organizations, with students and attendees globally. Classworx uses Stripe as its merchant processor. Classworx monetizes its platform by receiving a fee on a per attendee basis or a flat fixed monthly rate “instructors” would pay.
ClassWorx believes that it is at the forefront of this demand curve and that the business model it is developing and implementing for its target users (Instructors and participants) in defined categories will position it to be a leader in this “new normal” industry.
